I had a quick question which Jinky happily answered, in a clear and concise manner. The app is well thought out as well, and should meet 99.9% of dropshippers out there. I really like that they actually source the products using the Aliexpress link, meaning you do not buy from the Ali seller.

I am very new to the e-commerce drop shipping game. I have worked in customer service practically my whole life however and have trained people to be exceptional and to give exceptional service. It is unfortunate that a majority of customer service experiences in this day and age are subpar.
Zendrop however is like a breathe of fresh air, an exception to the rule because every single representative I have had the pleasure of interacting with has gone above and beyond when they could have just done what was necessary for the call and moved on to the next but they most certainly did not. They took that extra step, wrote the extra sentence or explained things a little differently so I would understand in order to provide the exceptional service so needed now a days. I am just so happy to have Zendrop as my dropshipper.

Very pleased with Zendrop, really easy to use and navigate. Fulfilling products and adding products to your store has never been easier! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I wish there were better shipping times and more products coming straight out of the U.S. Also, most of the products that come from the United States are way too expensive on the app.
