Great customer service, that's why I prefer them over the other Apps, there's always someone to help you so it doesn't affect your sales.
Zendrop customer service is top-notch. Response time is timely not to mention staff are friendly.

Zendrop Select is the experience I've had. The answer time from the team is literally minutes, any issues are resolved on the go, and the best pricing is in the dropshipping space. Limited functionality in comparison to something like CJ Dropshipping, however, the Customer support is 1000 times better.
It’s a good way to get your feet wet. Eases the pain of the learning curve so one can focus on promoting, advertising etc. I highly recommend Zendrop to automate, especially if just starting out as a newbie.
