Zendrop are a quandary - they have superb customer service (people), but they are let down by a system that really isn't set up for 'supply'.
The sheer number of 'variations' on a single supply item, from different supply points, means that the store owner is left wondering if they connected the right item, or if the (occasionally nice) pictures actually show the items they are offering. BTW Zendrop - check the pics, most people are struggling with Google and it's archane policies on images, MINIMISE THE TEXT AND MAKE IT LANGUAGE RELEVANT.

The number of times that an item gets 'pulled' is odd, when in reality there are multiple other suppliers, which means that you cannot be certain that the 'listing' you have won't give you dozens of rejected orders, as Zendrop don't connect one listing to multiple suppliers, that's up to the store owner to manage.

Zendrop's Plus listing subscription is also dubious - there are no tangible benefits to this other than more items (why would you restrict the listings that someone can have?) and some really quite boring 'tech talks' that are hosted by very 'cool' guys telling you how they are coming to you from their new apartment, and taking 5 times more than required to 'introduce' you to Zendrop's listing systems, or how you basically need to learn every AI package out there if you're going to succeed.

CJ don't charge you to list their items, they just want you to sell them.

Honestly not sure how i would cope without Zendrop. Everything is so easy to do, from finding the product to importing it to your store. Then fulfilling an order is completed in a press of a button. Customer service is so quick and helpful, whenever i have had questions. A must have if you are dropshipping

they are super helpful with anything you need done, i personally recommend this if you need a good supplier. They let you test sample the products and you get them to your house before you start selling them theyre great highly recommend!

I started using Zendrop in May 2024 when I set up my Shopify store, opting for the $79/month plan based on Shopify’s recommendation. As a newcomer to dropshipping, it took a few months to get my store running smoothly, but once I started making sales, I quickly encountered issues with Zendrop.

Unfortunately, Zendrop frequently dropped the ball on orders. They would process an order, only to notify me days later that the product was out of stock. On one occasion, they informed me—after several days—that an item couldn’t be shipped to a U.S. address. I also encountered products with incorrect descriptions or images, and even fake products that violated patent laws. The lack of proper size charts and unclear color variant labeling, such as "4456" or "style 1," added to the confusion.

One of the most frustrating experiences was when Zendrop charged me more than the listed price for a product. After confirming the original price on their site, I contacted customer service, only to be put on hold for 30 minutes. I was eventually told the price had changed, and they refused to honor the price that was currently listed.

These issues, while seemingly small, compounded over time and negatively impacted my business and my customers' experiences. I’m disappointed with Zendrop and their lack of reliability so for my business I will be looking for a different drop shipping vender.

Zendrop is one of the best quality supplier platforms for Dropshipping. Their support team responds almost immediately, and they offer a wide range of high-quality products. I really appreciate their quick customer support as you receive answers in seconds, unlike other supplier platforms where you might have to wait for days.

Customer Service has been top notch. From quickly sourcing products to fantastic customer service, I have enjoyed setting up my store so far with their products. Overall it's a pretty easy-to-use app, I'm excited to see how the process works once I get up and running. I know they are highly recommend by many dropshipping folks and am happy to join them in saying you won't regret it.

So far I only needed support so I only can write about it.

I have to say I tried to use AutoDS but their customer service is more than worse! From them I got an answer in 2 days which is wow bad... And the problem I was waiting for them was a glitch in their system... All my product said "out of stock" when in reality I have no idea what those guys were doing, but horrible customer service, can't reach them at all.

With Zendrop it is different. I was listing products on my store and I had a very tiny little question and they answered me WITHIN MINUTES!!! WOW they are GREATE!!! And within 2 hours everything I needed, I got all the answers, from the team and from the manufacture.

So far all I can say is THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Fast customer service!!! 10/10 Zendrop!!!!

Support is on point with responding/reaching out to manufacturers about products/listings. Very easy to find what your looking for and I appreciate the transparency of the platform. No hidden fees and importing a product is so simple to do. I use the plus version and i'd say it's worth it for the price
