as a first question ,i got good answers.i was wondering about prices included shipping prices and product costs.agent was very kind to me.and i understood how to manage prices .product cost+shipping.means totals product cost on zendrop.your shop price needs to be higher to avoid losing money..and get profit
I started selling a product through Zendrop and invested heavily in advertising, only to find out later that it went out of stock without any notice. Zendrop's only 'solution' was to suggest a replacement item that didn’t even remotely match what I was originally selling. After all the time, effort, and money I had poured into promoting this product, Zendrop left me with no other option than to refund the customers – completely disregarding my advertising expenses and the financial loss on my end. This level of service is unacceptable. Zendrop should be supporting new sellers, not trapping them in situations where they end up bearing all the risk and cost alone. Absolutely disappointing!

I had a huge mess that I created and thanks to Nyka, she totally helped me with everything. It took about 45 minutes because I really made mess of things, but everything is all good now. She is awesome, patient and totally helped me fix all the issues. Awesome job Thank you 1000000x over

As a new dropshipper it is very easy app, to find all the needed products at really good prices and fulfillment.

best app. The team is very supportive and helps us to do better and helps us at every point and is available in 2 minutes when ever we need help. the products are not listed in the main categories like if we search home decor, there would be very less products but if we search specific products then there are whole lot of products.
Support was so great. However, the system leading to or showing 7-day trial was not obvious which I hope they may improve.
