Just finished a CHAT with Kelley who assisted me. The chat was successful and I have to say that I'm impressed with the speedy response time. I've used chat boxes with other services that make you wait over 30 minutes before someone finally get's to you ...and then they ask a question, like "how can I help", to which you've already submitted when you started the chat!

The app has some good stuff, but I think it needs a lot more. Shipping times need to improve as well. I think it would help if they pre-ordered more items to store in the United States. Customer service is pretty good though.
This is my favorite dropshipping app by far! The customer support is fast and effective. I really appreciate how user-friendly it is as well and that there are high quality products to choose from with reasonable shipping times unlike ali express
For how overpriced their plans are, their customer service is disappointingly poor. It's like talking to a rock, and it feels like your reality is being gaslighted. If you report any issue with their service, despite following all the steps, they insist that their service is always right and the issue is likely on your end. They then proceed to tell you to follow the same steps you've already mentioned you've completed. After that, they transfer you to another representative who simply repeats the previous response. I swear, their chatbot is more helpful and intelligent than any of their "human agents." It makes me question who's the human and who's the bot.
Update: this is my 2nd and last review before unsubscribing and deleting the app. After submiting the first review, one of their customer support emailed me that they're saddened about my experience and asked me to respond with my questions so they can assist me to make up for it. I was patient and did as told, never heard back. Way to add insult salt to the injury. If "their actions never match their words" was a company. Update 2: beaware! I just clicked downgrade and after 2 attempts at making me click the wrong button to stay subscribed, they kept me subscribed anyways! They make it hard to downgrade.

I just had a chat with one of the customer representatives, and I must say, she was incredibly helpful! Her professionalism and willingness to assist made my experience smooth and stress-free. What an amazing person – truly a shining example of excellent customer service.

The training courses that come along with using there service has been so helpful and I love the quantity of items they make available
Theres still a lot of issues that need to be fixed with their compatibility with tik tok, everyday seemed to be a new issue with tracking or shipping, have only had one tracking issue with shopify though. Just only use US based shipping if you plan to sell through tik tok
Amazing customer service! Quick refunds when necessary. I was worried i might not get a refund after a higher plan was deducted from me but it was properly handled and swift. Juan was really friendly and helpful

I have not actually tried this site in terms of linking my store to the site and reviewing its features, but I contacted customer service to inquire about many questions, specifically with Mr. Harvey, he was very kind and quick to answer my questions and very patient with me, I thank him for his effort and good communication with people, in principle the customer service is excellent, and this ensures providing comfort and safety for customers in the event of any problem, thank you

Their CS (Jemima) was great.
However... I personally ordered a product which took 14 days to arrive in Florida. On top of that, the product (suitcase coffee cup holder) did NOT function as intended.
Stay clear, if you don't want frustrated customers!
