5 Stars for Jo Anne and her fast response and help. I love Zendrop so far although my store hasn't kicked off yet it's been a great experience learning and getting help in fixing up my store.

Aviod this company! There are plenty of other Dropshipping companies that are reliable and trustworthy.
I paid for the Plus plan and was told that I would be given a store and be able to check it out and request a refund within 5 days if I wasn't happy with it.
They did not send me the store, the 5 days passed and they refused to give me money back.
Apparently even though I had no store, I still had to decide within 5 days if I was happy with it or not!
They said they would give me the store but not a refund, I did not want to continue with a company that provides misleading information to get you to sign up and then doesn't do what they say.
