J'ai reçu des réponses rapides dans la journée du support Zendrop. Il n'y a pas d'agent parlant français. Il faut traduire leurs réponses si besoin. Je suis au début de l'utilisation de Zendrop academy (Zendrop+). Tout est en anglais également, de même pour les visio pour les coaching collectifs. Si vous ne maîtrisez pas la langue ne vous y aventurez pas! Je n'ai pas encore mis en ligne ma boutique shopify.

The customer service is impeccable, I had a very specific and complicated problem dealing with a huge amount of product variants that I was unable to sort through, because I was given no product image and the SKU code did not match up with the product, but the team specifically Cyril helped me through the problem and now the path is clear.
