Procedures are seamless. However, it would be appreciated if the reason for the decline fulfillment is stated in the status (declined) email/report.

Very good customer service, super fast on answering everything I asked and I asked a lot. I am new to everything and have no idea what I am doing so my questions can be very confusing so I'm impressed with that all by itself. I would definitely recommend this dropshipping app over any other!!!

I had an issue connecting my store to Zendrop, and was in contact with their team for four days until Shiza took over the chat. She was responsive and fixed the issue in no time. Thank you :)

I'm only giving four starts not five because of the time I had to wait for someone to respond to me.

Zendrop is incredible. The staff is great, and if you're ever stuck they always have a solution for you. They make importing from AliExpress super easy and their community hub is incredible.
