The service provided was excellent, and the shipping timeline for orders was reasonable. However, upon inspection, it appears that some of the items received did not meet the expected standard.

Although new to using the Zendrop app, I found the products fairly priced, and a lot of trendy products available to choose from. The user interface and product list customisation are pretty much easy to use. However, personally, I found Zendrop's monthly subscription a bit too high, especially for the new dropshippers. Overall, it's a decent fulfilment service so far.
