Jacob was patient, detailed in their answers, and very professional! I say all this because I was a customer service phone rep for over 25 years, and I will go the distance for fantastic support and/or services as a consumer. Zendrop is great for dropshipping. I especially love their customer service - I am up at all hours working on my business and I can rely on their customer service team to respond in a timely matter. Sometimes even at a very odd hour.
