I´ve been working with Zeno app Builder for years and i have never had any problems with it. Every now and then we have some questions or doubts and we proceed to reach out for Zeno´s support team and the assistance has always been fast, friendly and professional. So, we´re happy with the overall experience.
If you want to uninstall it, oh boy you are not ready for this.... This page builder locks you in, don't install if you want a future proof shop.
I’ve used Zeno Page Builder for a while and have reached out to their support team multiple times. Every single time, they connect almost immediately and resolve the issue without unnecessary delays. The quality of their help is consistently high. If you need a page builder with real human support that actually helps — this is it.
The support I have recieved has been phenomenal. For the second time in a row, the team has fixed my problems. Love it!

Nowhere in the Shopify listing does it mention that this app needs you to pay to access all the most important things. It's also listed as 'free' in the Shopify app store, not 'free plan available', and the short informercial video says you can create PAGES and that the app is free, but that's not really the case.
It's only when you go and look through all the options, that you see 'update' right down at the very end, and that takes you to the 'pricing' page. Alternatively, you can see that on Zeno's website, but it should be spelled out in the Shopify listing as well.
In addition to this, when I installed the app in my store, almost everything is blank, and it's not working properly at all.
Normally, I would wait a while before posting a review, but this feels a bit dishonest, and it's definitely misleading. I'm hoping the way it shows up on Shopify is simply an error.

Nice and helpful. Easy to design pages. But sometimes it is hard to save or publish because of too many cookies
Clean and intuitive UI, easy theme integration, and simple drag-and-drop customization, it’s hard to believe this is a free app.
Zeno Page Builder offers much more flexibility than Shopify’s default editor and feels incredibly smooth to use.
Even beginners can quickly build beautiful, professional-looking pages without coding.
Highly recommended, one of the best free page builder apps out there!
