If I could give a ten star review I WOULD! I have used many apps and still do on our websites we run but by far this is the best app I have ever come across that does more then the creator could ever tell you it does. ITs easy to use, intuitive and makes total sense. Even when you have a slight problem and get in touch with Daniel he gets it sorted straight away making the experience even better then you could have hoped. What more can I say only that thank you Zeno for building this APP and understanding what a shop needs to be able to run as it should.

As a web designer who specializes in delivering Shopify stores for my clients to manage themselves, Zeno has been nothing short of a revelation. Its unparalleled user-friendliness and exceptional customer support make it not just an app but a partner in my design journey.

What sets Zeno apart for me is its focus on creating a genuinely intuitive user experience. It's one thing to design a beautiful store, but another to ensure that my clients can easily manage and update it on their own. With Zeno's intuitive interface, my clients have been able to seamlessly take the reins of their stores, freeing me up to focus on new projects.

The level of customer support provided by Zeno is, hands down, the best I've ever seen in an app. Whenever I or my clients have questions, the Zeno support team is there to provide quick, accurate, and incredibly patient assistance. They always have the answers.

First of all, it should be noted that I don't know programming or code, but wanted to make a specially designed web page as I wanted, so the process of building the web page required a quick response from ZENO customer service, which was very effective in assisting me with the problem. Also, there is no hierarchy of payment, for example, if you pay more you get a quick response on the spot, while if you pay less you get a robot response. So even if I don't know how to program and code, I can still use ZENO.

This has allowed us to make our website represent the beautiful baby bedding that we create much easier! Their customer service has been remarkable. Daniel and the Zeno team have definitely helped us solve some the items important to having our website function and look just right!

I just published my first piece — a blog post — with Zeno. Some first impressions:

1) Before I even signed up, I realized Zeno lacked a key feature — the author field for blog posts. After I pointed out that competing page builders offer it, a Zeno rep added it the same day. I was amazed.

2) Zeno has the most intuitive interface I’ve found on Shopify, including interfaces designed by Shopify and the competing page builder Shogun, which is soooooo much more expensive.

3) When I hit publish on this first blog post, some key elements weren't showing, including title, author, publication date, and the featured image. At 10:30 at night ET, I messaged support and another rep was on it. He fixed them all in about five minutes.

I'm not one to give out praise willy-nilly, but I’m super impressed so far.
