This app is exactly what I am looking for! it is very easy to use. If you are a Trello fan you will like how this works the same as Trello, the kanban style that gives you a bird's eye view. The support is awesome too!

We used Zenquiries to centralize our customer service. Zenquiries gives a clear support ticket system for all your customer enquires. Also, we needed some help with additional features which were not included in Zenquiries in the first place. However, the team of Zenquiries was happy to help us with the customizations we needed!
