We have been using Zenstore for some time now. I can honestly say this is the best App to use for daily mail and generating our labels with Royal mail. It's so easy and so fast to use. It is saving us hours per day compared to everything else we have tried. Support has been quick to respond and very helpful.
Zenstore is so good we would never need to look for anything else in the future.
Very highly recommended.
Great app, we use this daily and it saves us quite a lot of time.
We used to copy and paste the addresses etc into myhermes, this just produces labels straight out of the app itself.
Highly recommend, on the odd occasion when we have had issues they've been great and fixed / recommend solutions very quickly.

Highly recommended. Zenstores saves use every day lots of time and the support ist great.
Would give 10 stars if I could. Alex and the team at Zenstores have pulled out the stops to help our warehouse team be more efficient. Zenstores added additional functionality to add stock locations to our picking sheets.
It's a great app that ties in Royal Mail and DPD into one system that integrates with Shopify in one click. Love it! Keep up the good work
Great app, with good customer service and a nice clean interface. Integrates well with all of the couriers including Royal Mail. Would definetely recommend.

Saves me hours .. quality app and well worth the cost.... i do wish it was a little quicker updating the various sales channels ...however i guess we cannot have it all ...i defo recommend
Excellent, if you have multiple channels and want to save a tone of time on basic features such as invoice printing then this app is a dream.

Easily saves us approx. 1-2 hours per day compared to using Royal Mails DMO website and .csv files.
Well worth the money if you value you time.
Easy and simple to use and great customer support during weekdays.
Really happy with Zenstores - we love pulling all our orders into one interface in the morning so we can see what needs printing for that day and then generating a combined invoice with the shipping label on the same page. Cuts down on time and mistakes from how we had to do this previously which was to print orders separately from the 3 stores we sell on then generate the shipping label and match it to the order.
We've tried other shipping solutions in a bid to find a provider that includes Not on the High Street.com as one of their integrations but we keep coming back to Zenstores for it's complete ease of use and great customer service.
We now use the CSV upload for Not on the High Street which is easier than we thought, we just have to mark the orders as despatched manually as there's no link back to the store.
A bit of a niggle has been having to apply postage individually to international orders but it turns out that's down to the shipping company you use. We're in the process of switching to DPD so will be able to bulk apply postage to international orders with the same dimensions/weight etc which will save a lot of time.
The best thing about Zenstores is how easy it is to get a human on the phone - I think they even have a separate number for despatch enquiries so if we're having a problem generating a label for a specific order they can usually help us right away.
