Zenstores: UK Shipping

We have been using Zenstores for more than 5 years now and could not recommend them enough. User friendly, easy to use and make shipping orders simple in just a few clicks. Would not move away from them and the support is fantastic too!

There's quite a few offerings for this kind of service but Zenstores was for me the simplest and most reliable - and at a good price too. No real complaints.

It's just OG MY GOD type of app. If you have a BOA/DMO account with Royal Mail, this app allows you to print labels and invoices for hundreds of orders in just a few clicks and takes minutes, saving HOURS of work per week.

We throughput c.35k orders a month as a single brand. Zenstores is very reliable and no downtime or major technical issues for a year now. Good basic features, good price. Lacks advanced automation workflows which some others have but on the plus side it is simple and effective. KISS. Very good customer support. Willing to make software changes or build features based on feedback, which gives the company a nice personal feel and more like a partnership than just a SAAS provider. Unusual!

Very happy with the Zenstores app and Convert. The personal level of support from the team is brilliant, they have helped me through the set-up and are always on-hand for any queries that crop up. Highly recommend Zenstores both for the functionality and ease of use of the app, and the excellent customer service.

We have been using Zenstore for some time now. I can honestly say this is the best App to use for daily mail and generating our labels with Royal mail. It's so easy and so fast to use. It is saving us hours per day compared to everything else we have tried. Support has been quick to respond and very helpful.
