Brilliant App Makes Shipping Easy

i have been using Zenstores for past year and half and so far and im loving this app for making it extremely easy to print labels.

this app offers integration of multiple accounts so all you orders can be shipped using only 1 app which is fantastic. it saves a ton of time by automatically fetching all customer details and once you have printed the label it will add the tracking number to the order which again is very convenient.

customer service is very good especially online chat where you can get help instantly so all in all a very good app.

I have been using Zenstore for a good while now and could not recommend them more. Great easy service to use with great customer service.

Zen stores makes life so much easier with its integration.
Everything you need is just a click away and makes creating those labels and shipments so much easier. the staff are also awesome and answer any questions or queries within minutes. I dont know how id cope without Zen stores

I have been using this app for over a year now and overall it works well as an order management tool.

Good points:
- The UI is very neat and easy to use.
- Support team very responsive.
- Royal Mail integration is direct now which is good (used to go via NetDispatch which was a complete nightmare).
- Synchronisation of orders is okay, it used to be faster.

Bad points:
- There have been many periods of instability and outages in recent months, last few weeks things have improved.
- Have raised many enhancement requests which are acknowledged, but they never get fixed.

Integrates really well with the services I use (Royal Mail, UK based). Has saved me a bunch of time.
Great support from staff. Would recommend!
