We were searching for a Dispatch App that would make life easier for a long time. This App is simple to use and Zen Stores are very responsive to new feature requests. We're just waiting for a new request to be installed.
If you are based in the UK and use a courier service which they service this application is a no brainer. It will save many many hours of loading up dispatch information on to your carriers system and at the click of a button all labels are printed as well as the carrier will be instantly expecting to collect all the parcels.
I'd high recommend this App to any business who wants to save time and money.
I have been using Zenstores for around 18 months, it is fantastic. It has helped our business speed up the shipping process dramatically. Pulls all our orders directly from Shopify, and links to the courier company we use and automatically syncs the tracking details too making shipping a breeze! Support team are always so quick to respond if you need anything too :)
Have been using this app for last 3 years. It is fast and reliable. You can simply import all of your orders from Shopify, eBay, Amazon and other channels in one place and print a shipping label with a couple of clicks! The Zenstores customer support is brilliant, I strongly recommend to start working with these guys!
We have been using them for a few years now after our last provider quadrupled the prices. The service is flawless. Only had a couple of down times and that was for a few minutes. Support is probably the best on any similar platform. They are also constantly striving to improve , with upgrades regularly. Not sitting on their laurels raking in the money.. makes a pleasant change!

We have been using Zenstore for some time now. I can honestly say this is the best App to use for daily mail and generating our labels with Royal mail. It's so easy and so fast to use. It is saving us hours per day compared to everything else we have tried. Support has been quick to respond and very helpful.
Zenstore is so good we would never need to look for anything else in the future.

Great app, we use this daily and it saves us quite a lot of time.
We used to copy and paste the addresses etc into myhermes, this just produces labels straight out of the app itself.
Highly recommend, on the odd occasion when we have had issues they've been great and fixed / recommend solutions very quickly.

Highly recommended. Zenstores saves use every day lots of time and the support ist great.
Would give 10 stars if I could. Alex and the team at Zenstores have pulled out the stops to help our warehouse team be more efficient. Zenstores added additional functionality to add stock locations to our picking sheets.
It's a great app that ties in Royal Mail and DPD into one system that integrates with Shopify in one click. Love it! Keep up the good work
Great app, with good customer service and a nice clean interface. Integrates well with all of the couriers including Royal Mail. Would definetely recommend.
