Zest ‑ Better than Gift Cards

I have been using Zest on my client's site (a beauty brand) for a few months now and the team at Zest has gone above and beyond to make sure the implementation was seamless. Best gifting app out there ... it's the first one that is just way better than a simple gift cards. A beautiful and clear flow for gift recepients that allows them to choose sizes, colors, and other variants. Super great for our marketing engine and customers are loving it and we're seeing volume grow!

We have been using Zest now for a few months. We were wanting to add a cool and seamless gifting set up on our site and Zest's approach to gifting is different than anything we've seen. One of the ways we use the app is to gift our top customers and our brand ambassadors. They get a notification that they have a gift and get to go in and redeem it. It's really exciting for the giftee, they're not just getting an e-gift card but instead a thoughtfully curated gift. I like that after they accept the gift they put in their own information, ie where they want their gift to be delivered. This helps ensure accuracy and it also takes some of the work off of the company and gifter because the giftee enters their info and the order is generated. I'm really excited about all of the ways that we can continue to use Zest in our business. I'm looking forward to seeing how our customers engage with it during the holiday season. The Zest team is great to work with and the communication awesome, always available to help. Highly recommend.
