One Page Bulk Order does not work if you have a lot of variants. I contacted the support team who said that they were going to look into the problem. But after six days I have not heard from them despite my attempts to contact them.

does not work, the customers would have to know the skus and or know all the product names exactly. That is useless!

Hey Lisa, you can use our quick order settings tab from the same app, if you don't want to go for searching the products. Please look at that section of our app, it will fulfill your requirement. Write us if you want our assistance anywhere to setup the things.
