Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Jason was super helpful getting us started, and we have gotten a lot of great customer feedback in just over a month of use. This will be a staple of our shopping experience for a long time to come.

The first Survey was so easy to create, and it worked!! Exactly as I hoped it would. It delivered the outcomes we expected too.

We had one issue (user error, not app related), and the response from the help team was exceptional. They followed up a few days later, too.

A very comprehensive and flexible app. Really well implemented, easy to understand, with lots of options and first-class support! I had a specific question and was helped within a few minutes. Another issue was also solved directly within a very short time. Super friendly team!

Very powerful and useful app. I like the way it integrates directly with Shopify, but at the same time you can run a survey outside of Shopify which I did for a post abandoned checkout survey. I got excellent quick support from Jason in setting up my surveys. On top of this, the pricing is very reasonable.

We haven't been using this app for long, but I can already see a wide field for experimentation. There are so many possibilities here. And the support is very quick to respond. I recommend it!
