Zigpoll Customer Surveys

We are just starting out and were looking for a survey app to collect feedback. Since nobody on our team has any deeper programming skills, we wanted something that is simple, easy to use, still offers lots of customization and first and foremost, that works. That's what Zigpoll is! The UI that let's you create your polls is super easy to grasp and we had our first poll up and running in 10 Minutes, no problems. Also, their customer support is great!

I used this app to establish customer service surveys for my company. Being a person that struggles somewhat with super techy data, I asked for a lot of help and also a lot of questions. Jason Zigelbaum was absolutely fantastic!! He answered every question promptly and made it easy to understand and follow. If it was something he could do for me, he would tell me exactly what he needed and then would create exactly what I asked him for!! Best service I have received from any company in a long time!! I had used another survey app before and was hesitant to go all in with another, but I did anyway. The experience with Zigpoll was wonderful. I had an immediate issue soon after I sent out the survey and they were so quick to respond and remedy the situation that I only heard from a few customers about it being available.
