Zigpoll has been great in helping us run our post-purchase survey, and Jason's support has been excellent. Had an issue with editing a live survey and some data loss, and Jason was able to push through an update and resolve our issue in just a couple of days. Very much appreciated the quick turnaround and the attentive customer service!
Excellent support through video calls and emails, with quick responses. Love the integration with Shopify customer accounts. Brilliant!

I am using it for a couple of days now, and I have to say that it is brilliant.
Easy to set up and understand and so powerful. You really thought about any aspect of your app to make it super efficiency such as the insights and the fact that you can use a link to send this survey.

I've been using this for about 2 months. It was easy to set up and I'm using this for post-purchase feedback and collecting newsletter signups. Great that it has controls for limiting the number of times a user sees the same survey, and lots of other settings that let me limit the intrusiveness for our customer. Had a question about the mailchimp integration and got an answer right away. Very satisfied so far!
Amazing customer service
We were using a different system for a post purchase attribution survey and got almost no responses, and the second we installed Zigpoll, customers started using the survey. Now about 40% of people respond, which is wild. It does have a lot of flexibility in how you can customize it, so that's good too. The only downside is that the UX/UI internally is really confusing.
Easy to set-up, fairly customizable, does everything we need it to do and nothing we don't. I've only had to reach out to customer support a few times (due to my own ignorance) but each time has been a more than pleasant experience. Great job guys!
