Love, LOVE this app! It is very seamless and is just what we were looking for to gather information and get to know our customers better. The app is fairly easy to use and shows really well on our website. The customer service is great! They are very responsive. Further suggestions for the app that the team is looking at: Deleting uncompleted responses and being able to add more customization to certain questions. Definitely recommend this app!

There is so much Zigpoll can do, and it makes it so easy with lots of pre defined templates to help you get the most out of the app. Support is super quick and helpful as well.

Just getting started with this but setting up several polls was easy enough and Jason, the developer, is great! Very personable and reached out with one-on-one support and suggestions! Impressive.

We haven't been using this app for long, but I can already see a wide field for experimentation. There are so many possibilities here. And the support is very quick to respond. I recommend it!

Surveys are highly and easily customizable, they integrate seamlessly with Shopify, and the support team is there when you need them. Huge upgrade for us vs trying to integrate an external survey platform (like we were doing previously).
