The first Survey was so easy to create, and it worked!! Exactly as I hoped it would. It delivered the outcomes we expected too.

We had one issue (user error, not app related), and the response from the help team was exceptional. They followed up a few days later, too.

I recently added the the app, and so far I am enjoying it! It's fairly easy, I love the analytics, and it has many options for surveys to use. I wanted to try doing a survey a little different than I've done my others, so reached out to customer service. Jason reached out to me quickly, and helped me with the multitude of questions I had for him. He made sure he understood what I was asking in order to properly help me, and I truly appreciated it. Been using the app for a couple of months now and loving it! It is helping me better understand the type of customer I have. I have been using it to determine the typical customer for my business but what this app has shown me is that I have different customers for different products. So now for my advertising, I am targeting specific audiences with specific products because Zigpoll has shown me that's what that type of customer is buying.

I hardly got post purchase responses. Then I installed Zigpoll and reached my limit in less than a month! Highly recommend, fantastic to get customer purchasing insights in real time.
