Zigpoll Customer Surveys

So far it's been great, allowing us to gather metrics on customer acquisition as well as info on customer experiences, without having to re-create the wheel so to speak.

The app is great for customer feedback as a comprehensive survey solution that seamlessly integrates with our Shopify stores and other applications. It allows us to capture crucial insights through multiple touchpoints. It has a robust integration ecosystem and fast performance, enabling us to gather the zero-party data that we need. Their exceptional customer support team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we maximize the platform's potential.

One of the hardest parts of marketing is attribution -- knowing if a channel works, and measuring exactly how well. Thanks to Zigpoll we're developing a better idea of how to find our target audience, and some of the survey answers surprise us. For example some customers link directly to places they heard about TRMNL, that we would have never learned about otherwise. Use Zigpoll to do better marketing!

Had a few issues with the app which keept sending Spam emails with "e" in and then counts them as part of the monthly quota. Got support from Zigpoll who have gone above and beyond to fix this issue and help with other issues we didnt know we had.

I've tried four different survey apps with Shopify, and this was the best. The interface for editing surveys is elegant, but powerful. The surveys are implemented with reasonable and thoughtful defaults, so they look good out of the box. Support has been highly responsive. The pricing seems extremely fair for the features provided.

Great app and very easy to connect to your shopify store. I had a bit trouble getting the surveys to look how I wanted. Therefore I contacted the support and got a very quick, kind og helpfull answer so that I could get the look I wanted.

The customer service is top-notch. Just had a 30 min video call with Jason who walked me through setting up a poll to meet our company's specific needs. It's exactly what we were looking for and didn't think we'd be able to achieve. The ability to drill down with this app is impressive and we are really looking forward to seeing what we can do with it. Super impressed.
