Zigpoll Customer Surveys

This app is very powerful, and the customer service is even better! I've been able to create a very dynamic and customized survey for my checkout page that gathers extra information I need from my clients who order from my site. It has made my life so much easier and looks very professional, blending right in with my branding, thanks to all the customizations.

Haven't spend enough time with the app itself to determine if it's good (on first glance really no complains though), but I did have a great experience with their customer service. Fast, to the point and kind. Were able to solve my problem within 24 hours.

We've always used a basic post-purchase survey, but we needed more specificity. Zigpoll to the rescue! We have been able to get a much clearer picture of our data sources, and when we had some specific trouble matching orders to timestamps (because of different time zones), the app designer created a patch to resolve our specific issue. I can't speak highly enough!
