Very useful insights :) We like especially the automatic analysis of the answers. Also the customer support has been very helpful and kind.

Measure what visitors (customers and not) think, about basically anything you want!

This is a very useful app, with plenty of control as to what is asked, how frequently, and how (email, site widget, etc). It has a sensible configuration process where you create and order the questions, which is highly customizable. Ask for yes/no, +/-, multiple choice, long and short answer, responses. It's good to gather info!

Very good, responsive support (I had a Q or two that wasn't covered in their FAQ).

Zigpoll is a fantastic tool for anyone navigating eCommerce and their brand into the turmoils of the first few months. Getting to product-market fit can be exhausting, and customer surveys are a great way to eliminate a lot of the guesswork by getting real feedback from real people exploring what you've created. The interface is fantastic, with seamless integrations, and Jason has been of great help in getting us started.

Awesome app. Awesome Team. Awesome Support. Fairly simple to use.One of my other apps was conflicting with the exit intent popups and the team was prompt to respond and fix that for me. Keep up the good work. Kudos !!

ZigPoll goes WAY above and beyond expectations!!!! I've never experienced anything like it. He is lightning FAST in solving problems, coming up with solutions and helping me achieve my business goals. I didn't even realize I needed this tool until he helped me implement it for a particular experiment I'm conducting. Needless to say, I'm SOLD!!!!!

This app has the best customer service I've ever experienced!! Truly!! I'm not the best with tech stuff I'm a maker...but JSN walked me through everything and really went about and beyond to show me how this app could really work for my store. Thank you for caring so much about customer service!!
