I was able to easily access personal time with the founder who was incredibly thoughtful and happy to help make sure our store received the most possible benefit from their software. If you're reading this, you're wasting your time: by now, you could be already Zigpolling your way to the future!
I've found the interface very easy to use with seamless integrations to popular apps including Klaviyo.
App works great and does everything I needed. I have to stress how helpful and top-notch the staff is. Excellent customer service and excellent app.
Not only is the app user friendly with fantastic functionality, but the different pricing tiers make sense. Better than all that though is the practically immediate and thorough customer service. Couldn't recommend this app more, absolutely try it before anything else.
I've been using this for about 2 months. It was easy to set up and I'm using this for post-purchase feedback and collecting newsletter signups. Great that it has controls for limiting the number of times a user sees the same survey, and lots of other settings that let me limit the intrusiveness for our customer. Had a question about the mailchimp integration and got an answer right away. Very satisfied so far!
A BRILLIANT app that does exactly what the description says! It’s a perfect tool for communicating with your customers and get valuable feedback. The design and customizable look of the polls are (in my opinion) top level and the customer support by Jason couldn't be better. Take a look in the example store to get ideas and judge for yourself.
The Zigpoll app is GDPR compliant by a few clicks, but as an EU citizen I'm still waiting/hoping for Privacy Shield certification approval.

Product is exactly what we were looking for, the post-purchase survey in particular.
Customer service is TOP-NOTCH!
The product works fine...but it is very expensive if you are doing polls.
