Zigpoll has been great in helping us run our post-purchase survey, and Jason's support has been excellent. Had an issue with editing a live survey and some data loss, and Jason was able to push through an update and resolve our issue in just a couple of days. Very much appreciated the quick turnaround and the attentive customer service!

I had used another survey app before and was hesitant to go all in with another, but I did anyway. The experience with Zigpoll was wonderful.
