Looked at a few apps before selecting Zigpoll. Been using it for our post purchase survey for a few months now, and it's reliable and gives us useful additional insight about our customers. Lots of options for slide creation and analysis as well. We will be using to create a customer survey shortly as well. Customer service from Jason is always super responsive, very helpful and prompt, even factoring in the time difference between the US and UK. A lot of thought has gone into this app and represents good value for money.

Good amount of features even at the free plan level. And when I needed to change stores - customer service was great about helping me maintain access to account linked to previous store.

This app is very powerful, and the customer service is even better! I've been able to create a very dynamic and customized survey for my checkout page that gathers extra information I need from my clients who order from my site. We've always used a basic post-purchase survey, but we needed more specificity. Zigpoll to the rescue! We have been able to get a much clearer picture of our data sources, and when we had some specific trouble matching orders to timestamps (because of different time zones), the app designer created a patch to resolve our specific issue. I can't speak highly enough!
