Amazing app, the features are incredible and far above any other survey app I have used. I think this is more than just a survey app. There are so many use cases for it; it's actually pretty remarkable. You can tell a lot of time and effort went into it. Highly recommended!

I used this app to establish customer service surveys for my company. Being a person that struggles somewhat with super techy data, I asked for a lot of help and also a lot of questions. Jason Zigelbaum was absolutely fantastic!! He answered every question promptly and made it easy to understand and follow. If it was something he could do for me, he would tell me exactly what he needed and then would create exactly what I asked him for!! Best service I have received from any company in a long time!! The app is excellent, but the customer service is even better. Thank you, Jason, for your prompt response and actions! I only have positive things to say about this app! I like how the NPS survey appears on the post-purchase page, giving more people the opportunity to click on it and leave us a review.

I had used another survey app before and was hesitant to go all in with another, but I did anyway. The experience with Zigpoll was wonderful. I had an immediate issue soon after I sent out the survey and they were so quick to respond and remedy the situation that I only heard from a few customers about it being available.

Top notch work guys. Would definitely recommend.
