We were using a different system for a post purchase attribution survey and got almost no responses, and the second we installed Zigpoll, customers started using the survey. Now about 40% of people respond, which is wild. It does have a lot of flexibility in how you can customize it, so that's good too. The only downside is that the UX/UI internally is really confusing.

This app is lovely- it took me some trial and error to get it up and running but I am really happy with my results.
