Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Love using this app for simple, to the point polls! There are so many options to choose from, and while they are a little overwhelming at first, getting up and running is easy. There are some caveats with mobile on some options to be aware of, but overall this app fits our needs perfectly.

Apps works out of the box. That's very nice. Defaults templates are helpful and easy to edit. It also looks very nice.

Looked at a few apps before selecting Zigpoll. Been using it for our post purchase survey for a few months now, and it's reliable and gives us useful additional insight about our customers. Lots of options for slide creation and analysis as well. We will be using to create a customer survey shortly as well. Customer service from Jason is always super responsive, very helpful and prompt, even factoring in the time difference between the US and UK. A lot of thought has gone into this app and represents good value for money.

After evaluating other various Shopify survey apps, we find Zigpoll to the best for our needs. Most importantly, however, is that the Zigpoll support and development team has far exceeded our expectations! From helping us better understand how best to integrate the app into our store, to turning around feature enhancements in record time!
