Great App, I was searching long time for something like that that works as I want and I am glad I found it - also super helpful customer service!

Good amount of features even at the free plan level. And when I needed to change stores - customer service was great about helping me maintain access to account linked to previous store.

We've always used a basic post-purchase survey, but we needed more specificity. Zigpoll to the rescue! We have been able to get a much clearer picture of our data sources, and when we had some specific trouble matching orders to timestamps (because of different time zones), the app designer created a patch to resolve our specific issue. I can't speak highly enough!
