Zigpoll Customer Surveys

We have used Zigpoll for a number of years and thing it's a great little app to conduct surveys. The AI is extremely inaccurate. So much that it's nearly useless. Don't include junk in the product.

Attribution is extremely hard to pinpoint these days. What I love about Zigpoll is you can see the entire pathway: what the customer clicked on or searched to find your site vs. what they self-reported can be very enlightening. The fact that Zigpoll can integrate with pretty much any platform we use is also a huge plus. Their customer service is unparalelled, we always get replies within 24 hours whenever we have any issue, and every problem we encountered has been resolved easily with their help!

Zigpoll was super quick to set up and thanks to the ready-made templates I was able to launch my first surveys right away. The interface is intuitive and the setup process is straightforward.

What really impressed me was the support: they responded incredibly fast and were able to answer all my questions and solve my issues quickly. That kind of hands-on support makes a huge difference as a small business owner.

We've been using Zigpoll for about a year and it has been incredibly useful. Not only is it super easy to setup, but the number of customers who fill the forms is high enough for us to make meaningful decisions based on the Analytics. Lastly, support is fantastic! We had a billing question and got an answer within minutes of submitting it. We're really impress and could not recommend this app enough.
