Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Having evaluated a few different survey apps, Zigpoll stood out in terms of two areas. 1.) Service - I had a lot of questions specifically about the functionality and control we would have with our surveys. Jason was super informative and walked me through everything. It wasn't a sales pitch either. I never felt pressured or pushed into their app. 2.) App functionality - Surveys were easy to setup and integrate into Shopify. The app has so many features giving you a lot of control. The reporting is amazing. You can raw data access or charts/insights that allows you to better understand your customers. I am almost 2 weeks into using the app and have 3 surveys running collecting 500-1000 responses a week. No complaints. I highly recommend this app!

Set up was relatively easy along with reporting. The support (Jason) is top notch. Fast to respond and has helped us with any roadblocks we hit during our learning curve.

I have used this survey tool. It's really awesome and has all the necessary options to make your survey beautiful. It gets easily integrated with email marketing platforms and passes the data effectively.

This app is very powerful, and the customer service is even better! I've been able to create a very dynamic and customized survey for my checkout page that gathers extra information I need from my clients who order from my site. Haven't spend enough time with the app itself to determine if it's good (on first glance really no complains though), but I did have a great experience with their customer service. Fast, to the point and kind. Were able to solve my problem within 24 hours.

Great customer survey and data capture app. Easy to use, and has fantastic and responsive support.

Needs a bit of time to understand how the poll works as it is really complete and detailed, but the installation was really plug & play!
