This app is wonderful!! My conversion rates were dropping a bit, and I really wanted to know why. I searched for a simple and reliable survey app that I can easily integrate into my store. Zigpoll is it! There is a lot of easy customization options, including using your own branding for free, which is a huge selling point for me. It was easy and fun to set up, and looks lovely too. Thank you so much for offering this for shops ♥︎

Super easy installation and responsive customer service. They guided me through how to set up my first poll and it's already captured over 500 emails and given me feedback on what features to build out next. You get a lot of milage out of the free plan so it's pretty much a no brainer. Great idea and a great app! Thanks!
