Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Zigpoll is incredible, they always keep you updated with statistics of your polls which helps you think of creative solutions for your business, plus Jason was able to personally help me with a feature request called an action slide which allows for a person to first open up a link within the poll before proceeding to the next slide. Thanks a lot, this product is amazing!

We recently integrated Zigpoll into our Shopify store, and it's been a pretty fantastic experience. The software is very customisable, and very easy to tailor to our needs. Installation was a breeze, and it integrates seamlessly with our Shopify, which allowed us to quickly launch our surveys.

The user interface is a bit old-school in design (currently), but very intuitive. This makes it easy to create surveys and option flows. The output graphs and data are in easy formats too. The simplicity in design makes it quite simple to use and understand, even when working with complicated survey options.

A real standout for us, was our support experience, which has been outstanding. Whenever we reached out with queries, the team responded almost immediately, and resolved any questions, with speed and efficiency. Their dedication to customer service really endeared us to using their solution.

Overall, Zigpoll has been a great tool, with minimal hassle. We highly recommend it to other Shopify store owners looking for a great survey app that works well with Shopify.

Been using this app for about 3 months now and I really like it. It's easy to use, you can set up surveys easily, set up rules for who to show it to easily and the customer service has been great. I would recommend trying it for a great post-purchase survey to learn more about who is shopping with you.

this is a great app for collecting surveys. it's really flexible with loads of options. love the post purchase thank you page survey which is providing good insight into where a customer heard about our product. This app has been very useful for our business. Easy to set up and I like the aesthetic. I was a little confused about the pricing and Jason responded to my inquiry immediately. He was very helpful and even offered to customize the app to meet our needs. I really like how AI summarizes the responses for you so you can see a common theme at a glance. I also love that it puts the responses by the customer's order. Very useful. All in all, highly recommend!

This app has everything you need if you are looking to get feedback from your users and clients on any topic. We started with a classic survey that we embedded in a dedicated website page. Super user user friendly and easy to set up. I only had one doubt about translation and Jason very quickly responded and show me how to set it up.

I tried out many other apps and this one gets me so close to the desired goal. With their fast responding support team, we were able to figure out how to pass values from the product to the survey and back. Although I had to use another app to display the data the way I want on the page, it still got me 90% of the way there. The support alone plus the flexibility they have in meeting you where you are by considering ways to tweak their app, makes it worth the price.
