Zigpoll Customer Surveys

I'm super impressed with all of the customization options Zigpoll comes with. Can't be happier. We had a few questions and support was very responsive as well! Thumbs up!

Great app and highly customizable! We used it to collect feedback from our customers regarding the size and fit of our products for general consensus. It served it's purpose well however, we would have loved it more if we were able to display the results of the vote without having customers to participate in the poll.

ZigPoll goes WAY above and beyond expectations!!!! I've never experienced anything like it. He is lightning FAST in solving problems, coming up with solutions and helping me achieve my business goals. I didn't even realize I needed this tool until he helped me implement it for a particular experiment I'm conducting. Needless to say, I'm SOLD!!!!!

Who doesn't want a dialog with their customers? Find out when they are happy, annoyed, or just needing a little more help with Zigpoll. We use it to get customer feedback and then construct automated engagements with them. The app is very flexible, with timing and display options that just work like the customer wants.

Apps works out of the box. That's very nice. Defaults templates are helpful and easy to edit. It also looks very nice.

Really useful app and really helpful, friendly customer service too. Im getting some fascinating customer feedback and it looks great too.
