The app is fairly easy to use and shows really well on our website. The customer service is great! They are very responsive. Further suggestions for the app that the team is looking at: Deleting uncompleted responses and being able to add more customization to certain questions. Definitely recommend this app!

I used this app to establish customer service surveys for my company. Being a person that struggles somewhat with super techy data, I asked for a lot of help and also a lot of questions. Jason Zigelbaum was absolutely fantastic!! He answered every question promptly and made it easy to understand and follow. If it was something he could do for me, he would tell me exactly what he needed and then would create exactly what I asked him for!! Best service I have received from any company in a long time!! This app has been wonderful! It has allowed us to poll our customers right on the website vs sending them to SurveyMonkey. The customer service is out of this world! Response time varies but twice now it has been within 2 hours!!
