Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Zigpoll has been a great add-on for our store—fast setup and clean interface. It’s lightweight and plays nicely with our theme. We hit a small hiccup, but their founder fixed it same day with clear guidance.

This is working really well for our post checkout surveys. We primarily service one client with over 3,000 locations so this helps us differentiate between locations through the use of post-checkout questions. We had some trouble getting started with it, but customer service was readily available to help get us going and now we don't even have to think about it. 100% recommend.
