Great app! Highly recommend! We get great feedback and it helps us find out how they got to our website when the analytics don't quite catch it. Has been a key metric of ours. We actually use this on both of our brands websites (fineusatrading.com and cranewellness.co) and it has been perfect. Easy to use. Great customer service. It's a no brainer for any e-commerce CPG brand!

I recently added the the app, and so far I am enjoying it! It's fairly easy, I love the analytics, and it has many options for surveys to use. I wanted to try doing a survey a little different than I've done my others, so reached out to customer service. Jason reached out to me quickly, and helped me with the multitude of questions I had for him. He made sure he understood what I was asking in order to properly help me, and I truly appreciated it. A very comprehensive and flexible app. Really well implemented, easy to understand, with lots of options and first-class support! I had a specific question and was helped within a few minutes. Another issue was also solved directly within a very short time. Super friendly team!

Easy set up

This app is exactly what we were looking for; we love the flexibility in how we can deliver surveys, the user interface to build them is also great and super easy to use. The customer service is also top-notch as well!

It's an incredible app. The UI is remarkable, and the data it brought me was invaluable! The paid plans are expensive but if you use it correctly it should pay for itself.

The product is easy to use, but I did have a couple of questions. I reached out and was easily able to have a demo setup, and have all my questions answered. I like the flexibility of how it has some default surveys to work with shopify as well as the logic branches that makes it even more flexible.

This is a great app to gather customer intel. A lot of features for customizing polls to your needs. Easy to use and customer support is fantastic! This is a must have app.

Just started working with this app, and so far it's doing everything I expected it to do. It helps me get input from my webshop-vistors. Jason also responds very quickly to support questions and will help you solve any issue - if an issue occurs.
