Zigpoll Customer Surveys

After searching for some time to find a simple yet robust app to survey our customers at checkout, we discovered Zigpoll. It checked all our boxes: lots of great features, tons of options, flexibility and customizability, a nice default UI, support for multiple polls and surveys, unlimited questions, turnkey integration and deployment, and amazing support. Look no further. This app is a winner. Not to mention, it is the only one that allows you to hide questions.

Works perfectly, easy to configure and Jason was very helpful by making sure the poll gets translated automatically! If any of you are looking for a multi lingual solution, you have it!

We installed the app, and it can be a bit daunting. There are tons of options and features. We needed help getting our first few polls up and running, so we reached out and had answers within minutes.

Very happy with the choice to use Zigpoll in our Shopify store.

This app had all the functionalities that I needed for the survey I wanted on my Shopify store. It took me a little time to figure out how to embed the survey on a specifc product page as I'm new to Shopify but had very prompt and great customer service support from Zigpoll which got that sorted out really quickly. Highly recommend.

We started with the free version but we got more responses than we expected. We decided to try another free survey, but we got no responses at all. We just upgraded. Zigpoll is worth the price!

This app is lovely- it took me some trial and error to get it up and running but I am really happy with my results. I know I have only scratched the surface of its capabilities and I am excited to continue utilizing it! I have also experienced stellar customer service. Totally above and beyond! Highly recommend!
