Fast support, lots of possible modifications and information. All i was looking for plus much more!

I've tried four different survey apps with Shopify, and this was the best. The interface for editing surveys is elegant, but powerful. The surveys are implemented with reasonable and thoughtful defaults, so they look good out of the box. Support has been highly responsive. The pricing seems extremely fair for the features provided.

We have not been using the app for long yet, but so far so good. We had some questions and Jason from Zigpoll was very responsive and helpful. That gotta count for something! ;)

Great app and very easy to connect to your shopify store. I had a bit trouble getting the surveys to look how I wanted. Therefore I contacted the support and got a very quick, kind og helpfull answer so that I could get the look I wanted.

Had a few issues with the app which keept sending Spam emails with "e" in and then counts them as part of the monthly quota. Got support from Zigpoll who have gone above and beyond to fix this issue and help with other issues we didnt know we had.

It's working great so far! And the customer service is outstanding.

Such a brilliant app. Very well designed, and the customer service is next level. Thank you!

Really awesome app for post-sale surveys. I am not even using 5% of the functionalities and it is already very good.
