Zigpoll Customer Surveys

This is a great app and Jason was a great help in getting things setup & running. I love that the surveys are very customizable from the get go. 10/10 recommend.

Very good app, and great customer service

This app has been very useful for our business. Easy to set up and I like the aesthetic. I was a little confused about the pricing and Jason responded to my inquiry immediately. He was very helpful and even offered to customize the app to meet our needs. I really like how AI summarizes the responses for you so you can see a common theme at a glance. I also love that it puts the responses by the customer's order. Very useful. All in all, highly recommend!

Great, intuitive app for integrating surveys into your Shopify store. Lots of flexibility with settings without getting overly complicated. Great support when you have questions. Highly recommend!

Echoing other reviewer's comments, what really sets this app apart is the excellent support and customer service from Jason and his team. The response time is amazing, and Jason is always looking for feedback from us and to try and continually improve the app and add more features, exemplifying a customer-centric mindset.
