We installed the app, and it can be a bit daunting. There are tons of options and features. We needed help getting our first few polls up and running, so we reached out and had answers within minutes.

AMAZINGLY helpful app! I'm using it after purchase to see where my customers came from and for abandoned carts to see why they didn't purchase and nurture them back to the sale. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Needs a bit of time to understand how the poll works as it is really complete and detailed, but the installation was really plug & play!
