We thought a survey could take our Shopify site to the next level of customer engagement. I couldn't figure out the programming language to get it to embed instead of being a popup. I wasn't optimistic due to some bad experiences contacting customer service via email on other websites (cue crickets here). But Zigpoll has been a whole different story! Jason responded within hours and several times back and forth as he shepherded me through the process and helped me get it just right. I've never created a website before and Zigpoll and Jason are making me feel like a pro! I couldn't be more enthusiastic in recommending this app.

Just installed this app with the free tier and we are already getting feedback from customers. Had a call with their team and got hands-on walk through for setting up a custom post-purchase experience. I can already tell we are going to keep this around and probably upgrade to the paid version.

I am such a newbie at all of this stuff and so I tried by myself at first to understand the app, to no avail.
I contacted Jason who literally emailed back every few minutes to help me. He assisted me and then taught me how to navigate the app. I am blown away by this company’s customer service.

Zigpoll has been one of the best user friendly app that we have come across while using Shopify for our business platform. The developer took the time to explain the features as well as given us pointers that would be helpful to our business. Hands down a very useful app when needed getting particular information about your consumers.

Just started working with this app, and so far it's doing everything I expected it to do. It helps me get input from my webshop-vistors. Jason also responds very quickly to support questions and will help you solve any issue - if an issue occurs.

I used zigpoll to put a poll on my Shopify shop to ask customers what they'd like to see us make next. Customer service was excellent, and the results have been very helpful! I am on the free plan (free for 100 submissions), and as a note, each question answered is a submission, not each completed poll, so you may get to 100 faster than you'd think. Keep your poll short!
