Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Excellent app, that really gives a lot of opportunities to do after sales (or other) surveys. It is pretty easy to edit and setting up the questionaires. I definitely can recommend it.
It helped us, to really know, where new customers are coming from, since the numbers within Meta are no longer trustworthy.

This app delivers exactly as promised—and then some. It offers more features than comparable tools and is priced more competitively. I was initially concerned that support might suffer because of that, but Jason, the founder, has been incredibly responsive and hands-on. He’s replied to every email within a day and is even open to customizing the app to fit specific business needs.

Would definitely recommend. Has various useful functions and capabilities from sending out email surveys to integrated post purchase surveys on a webpage. With the new Shopify update I realized that my post purchase survey wasn't integrated properly. Founder was very responsive, helpful, and kind. Amazing app with tons of potential. Among many other things, Zigpoll enables you to segment your audience by asking visitors what they are interested in. This segmentation can later be used for emails and marketing. Excellent support by Jason as well.

Awesome, very helpful. We use it mainly for post-purchase surveys on the thank you page ("how did you hear about us", "why did you buy product XYZ") and overall purchase satisfaction sent automatically via email ("how satisfied are you with your recent purchase").
