We love Zigpoll because it makes collecting customer feedback incredibly simple and actionable. The Shopify integration is seamless, the surveys look great, and the insights have genuinely helped us improve conversions and understand our customers better. Plus, their support team is excellent!
The AI is extremely inaccurate. So much that it's nearly useless. Don't include junk in the product.
