Great app! We've built a seamless post purchase survey in the effort to build a super strong customer avatar profile which will lead to us creating much better and more direct Facebook ads, in the aim to reduce ad spend long term. The team helped us within a couple emails solve an issue we were having and now this will just collect data on auto drive. Thanks so much
This app delivers exactly as promised—and then some. It offers more features than comparable tools and is priced more competitively. I was initially concerned that support might suffer because of that, but Jason, the founder, has been incredibly responsive and hands-on. He’s replied to every email within a day and is even open to customizing the app to fit specific business needs.
If you’re looking for better post-purchase attribution or want to collect customer data seamlessly, I highly recommend giving this app a try.
I recently installed this app and have been so impressed, not only with the great support, but also with the data I’m able to get from site visitors (post purchase or if they’re just leaving the site without a purchase) and understanding why/what drives their actions. Would definitely recommend. Has various useful functions and capabilities from sending out email surveys to integrated post purchase surveys on a webpage. With the new Shopify update I realized that my post purchase survey wasn't integrated properly. Founder was very responsive, helpful, and kind. It was nice to be able to interact with a person when getting support instead of endless ai chatbox messages - very much appreciated! In the end it turned out to be a shopify issue and not a zigpoll app issue.
Excellent app, that really gives a lot of opportunities to do after sales (or other) surveys. It is pretty easy to edit and setting up the questionaires. I definitely can recommend it.
It helped us, to really know, where new customers are coming from, since the numbers within Meta are no longer trustworthy.
